Recently, the 15th Beijing Overseas Property & Immigration Exhibition (Overseas P+I) was officially announced. The exhibition will be held from May 21-23, 2027, at the China National Convention Center in Beijing. As a benchmark industry event for overseas property, immigration, and study abroad in northern China, the exhibition will expand and upgrade based on the success of previous sessions, once again gathering high-quality cross-border projects from around the world, linking multiple concurrent exhibitions, and building a professional trade platform for industry channel expansion, high-net-worth family matchmaking, and project customer acquisition.
In early September 2026, the 14th Beijing Overseas Property & Immigration Exhibition successfully concluded in Beijing. The exhibition achieved remarkable overall trade results, with over 80% of participating enterprises expressing recognition of the on-site visitor quality, negotiation conversion, and overall exhibition effect, fully confirming the strong cross-border planning demand in the northern market. Relying on the industry reputation and visitor resources accumulated from the previous exhibition, the 15th Beijing Overseas Property & Immigration Exhibition in 2027 will further expand its scale, inviting institutions from multiple countries and regions to participate in groups. It is expected to gather nearly 150 overseas boutique projects from more than 20 countries and regions, including Japan, Malaysia, the United States, the UAE, Singapore, the United Kingdom, Canada, Greece, Australia, Spain, Thailand, Germany, and Cyprus, covering diverse tracks such as overseas real estate, immigration, and international education.
During the exhibition, the 8th Overseas Days Forum, industry exchange receptions, and over 30 project-specific briefings will also be held, focusing on current industry hotspots such as cross-border asset allocation, overseas identity planning, and international education, providing a platform for in-depth discussion, experience sharing, and project launches.
As a major highlight, this exhibition will be held concurrently with the Beijing Cross-Border Planning Expo, the 6th Beijing International Education & Study Abroad Exhibition, the 67th China Franchise Exhibition, and the Beijing Youth Development Exhibition, jointly building a promotion and exchange platform for investors, families with educational planning needs, and cross-industry cooperation institutions, sharing abundant on-site visitors, broadening customer acquisition channels for exhibitors, and effectively improving business matchmaking efficiency.
As the economic center of northern China, Beijing has a solid market foundation. According to the 2025 Hurun Wealth Report, the number of high-net-worth families in Beijing ranks among the highest in the country, and a large number of families in Beijing and surrounding areas have diversified cross-border needs, such as overseas planning and children's study abroad. The exhibition has always been held at the China National Convention Center, which is adjacent to the Bird's Nest and Water Cube, with direct subway access and convenient transportation. The May schedule falls within a prime window for industry customer acquisition and promotion, offering favorable timing and location, making it convenient for professionals and interested visitors from across the country to visit Beijing for business discussions.
In terms of visitor organization and promotion, the organizing committee will continue to integrate all-channel resources and widely invite channel institutions and industry practitioners from across the country to attend. At the same time, it will continue to build a diversified online and offline promotion matrix, including search engines, short videos, social platforms, community promotion, and circle marketing, precisely reaching target families with cross-border planning needs.
The exhibition scope of the 15th Overseas P+I Beijing Overseas Property & Immigration Exhibition covers high-end overseas real estate, overseas residential and commercial properties, identity planning, international education and study abroad services, international medical tourism, and cross-border healthcare. It will continue to be free and open to the public. The exhibition recruitment and visitor invitation work has officially started. Industry institutions and overseas interested groups are welcome to register and participate, gathering at the China National Convention Center from May 21-23, 2027, to jointly explore new opportunities in the cross-border planning market.
